1. Content and Guidelines

All sales are final. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law. Credits hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the platform's intended mechanisms.

3. Charitable Donations

We pledge to donate 30% of our net profits to recognized charities. However, the exact amount, timing, and selection of charities are solely at our discretion and not guaranteed as part of individual purchases. We provide this feature in good faith to support positive impact.

4. Accounts and Termination

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
